I used to live in survival mode — constantly pushing through exhaustion, craving rest, and waiting for life to feel better.

As a former nurse who spent years navigating surgeries, stress, and burnout, I know what it’s like to feel trapped in a body that’s screaming for a break and a mind that’s questioning its worth.


It wasn’t more productivity that saved me — it was learning how to regulate my nervous system and rebuild the relationship I had with myself.

Now, I coach high-stress professionals who are done with the pressure, the people-pleasing, and the second-guessing — and who are ready to feel powerful, grounded, and confident from the inside out.
